Terms Of Service

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between AR Travel Co. (“AR Travel Co.,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and you, the traveler, client, or purchaser (“Client,” “passenger,” “you,” “your”). By booking or planning travel with AR Travel Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AR Travel Co. acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent for third-party suppliers, including but not limited to tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and activity operators (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control the Suppliers providing your travel services.

These Terms include important disclaimers, limitations of liability, and waivers of rights. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Use of Services

  • You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this Agreement.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking through AR Travel Co.
  • You are financially responsible for all bookings made under your name or on behalf of your travel party.
  • You agree to abide by all Supplier terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Independent Suppliers

  • AR Travel Co. does not provide, own, or control travel services. All travel services are provided by independent Suppliers.
  • By booking with AR Travel Co., you acknowledge that Suppliers are solely responsible for their services, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, tours, meals, and safety.
  • AR Travel Co. is not responsible for any Supplier’s acts, errors, omissions, delays, bankruptcy, defaults, or cancellations.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, property damage, theft, delays, or death. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • AR Travel Co. is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims liability for, any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, expense, or death resulting from:
    • Acts, omissions, or negligence of Suppliers or third parties
    • Acts of God, weather, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, or government actions
    • Transportation failures, delays, or schedule changes
    • Risks or conditions of destinations, including health, safety, political, or cultural issues
  • In all cases, Client agrees that AR Travel Co.’s maximum liability is limited to the amount of planning or advisory fees actually received from Client.

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

  • Client is responsible for all charges, taxes, and Supplier fees associated with travel arrangements.
  • All Supplier bookings are subject to Supplier payment, cancellation, and refund policies, which may be more restrictive than AR Travel Co.’s. Client agrees to those terms at the time of booking.

5. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Client is solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, health/vaccination records).
  • Many countries require passports valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of return.
  • Failure to obtain proper documents may result in denied boarding or entry, for which AR Travel Co. is not responsible.
  • Client is responsible for verifying accuracy of travel documents and notifying AR Travel Co. within 24 hours of any discrepancies.

6. Health & Safety

  • Client assumes full responsibility for understanding health requirements of their destination.
  • AR Travel Co. is not responsible for health screenings, vaccinations, or entry denials based on health requirements.
  • Client acknowledges the risks of travel during pandemics, epidemics, or health advisories and agrees that AR Travel Co. bears no liability for such risks.

7. Force Majeure

AR Travel Co. shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, civil unrest, government restrictions, health crises, or supplier insolvency.

8. Client Conduct

Suppliers and AR Travel Co. reserve the right to remove a Client from any trip, tour, or accommodation if the Client’s behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or illegal. No refunds will be provided, and Client will be responsible for any resulting costs or damages.

9. Insurance

AR Travel Co. strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other unexpected circumstances. If Client declines insurance, Client assumes all financial risk for losses.

10. Currency Fluctuations & Fees

Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, Supplier changes, or unforeseen costs. AR Travel Co. is not responsible for foreign transaction fees charged by Client’s bank or credit card provider.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Your State]. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Insert County/State].

  • Client agrees not to bring claims as part of a class action.
  • Any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months of completion of travel services.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any Supplier terms, constitute the entire agreement between Client and AR Travel Co. No oral statements or prior agreements supersede these Terms.

Acknowledgment

By booking travel with AR Travel Co., Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the disclaimers of liability and non-refundable nature of advisory fees.
